FocusDriven.org is a website maintained by advocates for cell-free driving to aim to reduce deaths and injuries caused by cell phone distracted driving. Fueled by personal tragedy, FocusDriven founding member Shelley Forney called for the National Distracted Driving Awareness Month in honor of her daughter who was killed by a distracted driver in 2008.

Last week the House of Representatives voted to designate this April to providing information, raising awareness and putting a face on the dangers of distracted driving.
